On 1 June 2022 Akio Miyajima, Japanese Ambassador to Poland, delivered a lecture for SGH students as part of „Action Diplomacy”, a project of Student Study Group of Foreign Affairs. The Japanese ambassador also met with Vice-Rector for International Cooperation Jacek Prokop, PhD, SGH Professor and Director of the Center for International Cooperation Katarzyna Kacperczyk. The diplomat also gave an interview to "Gazeta SGH".

The CEMS Local Graduation 2021 took place at SGH on Saturday, 9 April 2022. This was the second time that such event was organised at the university. We gathered a group of 2021 and 2020 CEMS graduates and officially welcomed them to CEMS community of Alumni.

We have received the tragic news. On 1 March in the Kiev Oblast, Oleksii Morklianyk – a student of 1st-cycle studies at SGH – died as a result of his injuries. The car in which he was travelling was hit by missile fragments.
